Our Family

Our happy family lives a blessed life. We live in a great neighborhood with many young families. We enjoy building snowmen in the winter, picking apples and pumpkins in the fall and watching movies in our backyard whenever the weather is warm enough. We love taking day trips to the zoo, amusement parks, and into the city. We also love going to carnivals, nearby festivals and community events. We look forward to going on a beach vacation every year. We love to play together, read together and pray together. We are lucky to almost always have friends and family visiting our home, and at the end of each day, we are so grateful for the gift of each other.

Amy's Family

Amy’s parents have been married for almost forty years! Amy is the oldest of five, having one brother and three sisters. Everyone lives close enough to each other, so getting together for holidays, special occasions and “just for fun” is often on the calendar. One of the greatest aspects of this family, besides each person’s faith in God, is everyone’s sense of humor. Someone is always making someone laugh, and every family picture must include one shot of a silly face. Amy’s parents love being Xavier’s Grandmom and Pop – and ask to babysit him often! Xavier’s Aunts and Uncles cannot get enough of him, and are excited for more children to join the fun.

Matt's Family

Matt’s family is loving, happy and always a good time. Matt has one brother and two sisters and Matt’s parents love being MomMom and PopPop to Xavier, as well as his three cousins. Many special occasions mark the calendar, like the giant Easter Egg hunt organized by MomMom and PopPop, as well as the annual trip to the beach. Xavier and his cousins love to play together, and his Aunts and Uncles spoil him! Everyone is excited for another child to join the family.
